Project Background:

Impact was awarded the contract to construct a striking, bespoke spiral staircase. This luxurious curved staircase forms part of The Grade II listed art deco building.

Project Scope:

Execution of all necessary formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement to achieve the complex curved design.

Integration of the staircase within the existing Grade II listed art deco building
