Impact formwork & Civil Engineering offers a complete on-site package, specialising in civils, groundwork’s, and all aspects of reinforced concrete structures, we offer our service engaged as a principal contractor or specialist sub-contractor.

RUPERT BIRLEY
Managing Director
Rupert has worked in the industry for over 20 years, his hands on style approach, vision and drive has been fundamental to the success of Impact Formwork, ensuring long term and sustainable growth across the business, while remaining customer-focused.
Rupert leads his team with an absolute focus on service delivery; in which there is a continuous investment, the result is long-term, trusted relationships across his client base. Rupert possesses strong leadership skills with extensive management experience across construction, steel reinforcement and formwork, his refined skills and expertise empower Impact with a valuable approach to, and understanding of new business development.
Kelly Birley
Director & Operations Manager
Kelly brings a wealth of administrative and leadership experience to Impact. With a history of senior leadership roles across a multitude of industries including finance, service delivery and construction.
Kelly's focus is overseeing all aspects of the business relating to the day-to-day operations. As business operations director at Impact, she leverages her leadership and teamwork skills in order to ensure objectives are completed on time with a constant passion to deliver client satisfaction.
Colin Huckwell
Health & Safety Executive
Over thirty six years’ experience in construction, highways and quarrying industry, Colin is an expert in Health and Safety encompassing training, environmental and building a safe environment to work. He is accredited GradIOSH ,NEBOSH TechIOSH, AIEMA, and Occupational Health and Safety. He is committed to raising safety standards within the construction & civil engineering industry. Colin is commercially astute, whilst providing direction and visible leadership in order to drive continuous improvement.
